By using Sutisno applications (collectively, “Sutisno”, “Apps” or “App”) and https://sutisno.com, https://sutisno.io websites and all associated sites linked to https://sutisno.com or https://sutisno.io by Sutisno (“Site”), collectively known as “Services”, you understand that your data in relation with your use of our Services is processed according to the following Privacy Policy. The Services are offered by Sutisno Pty Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

This Privacy Policy is be read and understood as being a complement to our Terms and Conditions of our Services.

Our overriding policy is to avoid collecting user information whenever possible to ensure a completely private and anonymous user experience when using our Services. We design our Apps to store your data locally on your device. In certain cases, we do collect certain information about you when you provide it directly to us or use our Services. We only obtain information necessary to provide you with our Services.

Data collection is limited to the following:

Email address: Any email address provided to us through either our waiting list or any of our subscription lists, is used as a unique identifier of you as a user within our Services. Your email address will also be used as a primary means of communication for us on anything related to changes to our Services such as Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, or core functionality of our Services.

We may also occasionally contact you for marketing purposes and it will be in our legitimate interests to do so, but you will always have a chance to opt-out of such marketing communications for similar products and/or services anytime. Your email is safe and we do not use it for profiling or targeting and do not sell or disclose any portion of your email address to any third parties.

Cookies and other Tracking Technologies: When you use our Site, Sutisno, along with our advertising and analytics partners, employ cookies and other tracking technologies like web beacons, device identifiers, and pixels. These technologies serve to enhance functionality and recognise you across various Services and devices. Native Applications: When you use our native applications, we (or the mobile app platform providers) may collect certain information in addition to the information mentioned elsewhere in this Policy. We may use mobile analytics software to send crash information to our developers so that we can fix bugs rapidly. Some mobile app platform providers (such as the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store) may also collect aggregate, anonymous statistics and may be governed by the privacy policy and terms and conditions of the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Our Apps will never access or track any location-based information from your device at any time. Any personal data acquired during this process is anonymized.

Communicating with Sutisno: When communicating with the Company, such as support requests, bug reports, or feature requests, we may collect your name, email address and a record of the communication including attachments and other information you voluntarily decide to share with us for troubleshooting purposes whenever you communicate with our support team. When you interact with any of our social media accounts, we may collect your personal information you voluntarily decide to share through your social media accounts.

We use the collected personal data to provide you the App and the Services and also improve the Apps and the Services as stated in Section 1. Unless you have asked us not to, we may occasionally contact you via email about similar products and services to the Services. Whenever we contact you, we would always give you the right to opt-out at any time (see the section "Your Rights" below).

We ensure that all transmission is secured with HTTPS so that no one else can access the collected data. The collected data is stored on secure cloud-based servers using symmetric encryption. We currently use Amazon Web Services ("Hosting providers") and they are in possession of various international security certificates that ensure safety of the collected data.

5. Your Rights

Sutisno is a subject of various data privacy regulations including the General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act. You are entitled to the full spectrum of the rights under those regulations. We will go out of our way to accommodate any valid request. You can either exercise your rights by deleting your account and all information associated with it from your device or by emailing us at dpo@sutisno.com.

The right to data portability is inapplicable with our Services. You should contact your email provider directly to request combined access to all of your personal data. If your personal data is erased at your request or in accordance with our data retention policy, We only retain such information that is necessary to protect our legitimate interests or to comply with a legal obligation.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), we never knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our Services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older and by using our Services, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, we assume that you are using our Services with your Parents' or Guardians' consent.

If we learn that we have collected personal data from anyone of under the age of 13, the personal data will be deleted as soon as possible.

8. Changes to The Privacy Policy

We will always notify you via email or otherwise should we update this privacy policy. We will update the "last modified" date on this privacy policy to indicate the latest revision, as well as the changes that were made. By continuing to use our Services, or providing us with personal data, you consent to the revised Privacy Policy.
